Teacher Education
Education in the USA
Education in the USA is in need of change. Let's take a look at
the general state of education in the USA. We will begin with six
separate areas of education in the USA school today. These are the
areas that education in the USA needs change for it to improve. If
this change doesn't happen; the USA will not be the success that it
should be.
Teacher education in the USA needs improvement. Teacher education
must be focused on the student. The only way that it can improve is
if the system stands up and enforces some standards that exceed the
current levels today. Currently, each state in the USA has
different standards for it's teachers. This lack of uniform
standards is the biggest problem in education in the USA today. It
must become unified in order to be what it needs to be for
improvement to occur. Each state needs to have testing of each
teacher at regular intervals. This testing must be unified through
the USA. If it is not unified through the USA it will not be the
what it needs to be for our students to be a success in the world
today.
Teachers also need to have improved pay for them to feel that the work is equivalent to the pay that they receive. If the USA does not pay the best for it's teachers, it will not have the best teachers for it's students. This is essential. Many ask how can the students in the USa be served well if the teachers in the USA are not browsergames top100 served well? Consider the Swedish countries today. Swedish education is far superior to the USA. The reason for that is the model which was just described here for you. In Swedish countries the teachers have the pay that matches that of a doctor of medicine in the USA. The teachers in Swedish countries have superior training compared to the USA. Swedish countries have standardized testing of it's teachers. All of this combined allows the Swedish countries to have superior teachers than the USa has today. This can be improved; but only through these methods. If the USA does not do this for it's teachers; the education system in the USA will fail it's students.
