This testing must be unified through the USA. If it is not unified through the USA it will not be the what it needs to be for our students to be a success in the world today.

Teachers also need to have improved pay for them to feel that the work is equivalent to the pay that they receive. If the USA does not pay the best for it's teachers, it will not have the best teachers for it's students. This is essential. Swedish countries have standardized testing of it's teachers. All of this combined allows the Swedish countries to have superior teachers than the USa has today. This can be improved; but only through these methods. If the USA does not do this for it's teachers; the education system in the USA will fail it's students.
